Returns

You may initiate a return within 30 days of when your order was delivered, unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for specific items. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as order number. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. To begin a return, you can contact us at noexapparel@gmail.com . 

Please note: You must wait for your package to arrive before beginning the return process.

We do not initiate exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
