How do I make changes to my order?
Please contact us at noexapparel@gmail.com to make changes to your order. If the order has not reached the fulfillment stages at that time, we can make changes to the order. If the order has reached the fulfillment stages, we are no longer able to make changes to the order.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must contact us regarding the cancellation of your order before your order reaches the fulfillment center. If the order has already reached the fulfillment center or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You are welcome to return the order once you have received it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has reached the fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information. Please allow 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update.
